All orders are subject to stock availability. We try our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to wait for the restocked item or receive a refund for the unavailable product.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This final price will be the total shipping cost charged to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
Sri Venkateshwara Silk does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
All sales are final. We recommend reviewing all product details and images carefully before making your purchase.
3.2 Warranty or Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and order details.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action (replacement or exchange) may be taken at our discretion.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time (Domestic)
In general, domestic shipments within India are delivered within 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually processed the same day or the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We currently do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
4.5 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and notify you about the backordered item.
4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us at info@srivenkateshwarasilk.com so we can investigate the issue with our courier partner.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress as updated by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the parcel (if possible) and contact us immediately.
If you discover the damage after delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours with photos and your order details.

8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can accept a cancellation request.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
